We offer Krav Maga Self Defense for ages 8 and up. Krav Maga was developed to help people of all fitness levels learn how to defend themselves from common attacks on the street using their natural reactions. Kettlebells are an excellent way to build strength and endurance. We incorporate this into our fitness routine, along with HIIT. H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is a workout that lasts 20-25 minutes long. You work for 45 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. H.I.I.T is an excellent way to burn calories, relieve stress and get in shape! We also offer Yoga classes. It is a great way to gain flexibility, mobility, relieve stress, calm your mind, and relax.
