"Shops at Bonham" is a 6,400 square foot multi-tenant retail center on at 1199 W Russell Ave in Bonham, Texas. The center is designed for multiple lease spaces ranging from 1,000 SF and up, and frontage on SH-121.

Bonham is growing, and we're glad to be part of it. As the US-82 and SH-121 corridors continue to draw families and businesses north and east out of the DFW metro, Bonham is seeing the kind of rooftop and traffic growth that supports well-positioned neighborhood retail.
